Flocor, a division of Groupe Deschênes, recently entrusted us with the mandate of optimizing their warehouse.

The main objective of this mandate was to reduce rental costs by reducing the space used. It was also about reducing the execution time.

By installing a mezzanine system, we have allowed our client to make the most of his space.

Indeed, the installation of the mezzanine allowed Flocor to reduce by about a third the number of square feet renting by recovering the space lost at the top. In addition, with a shelf and conveyor system, we also optimize the freelancing time and order preparation.

This turnkey project has resulted in savings in rental costs and increased productivity, Flocor will benefit from a quick return on investment.
